KPI Partners is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer specializing in model building to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI models that transform complex data sets into insightful visualizations. Your expertise will help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analytics.
- Design and develop Power BI data models that are efficient, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to the business.
- Optimize existing data models for performance and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Work with data sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, to integrate and prepare data for analysis.
- Conduct data quality assessments to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continually enhance reporting capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a focus on model building.
- Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with data visualization best practices and creating user-friendly reports.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
