Responsibilities
- Configure and support Kronos/UKG Workforce Management solutions.
- Work on Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Leave, and Accrual modules.
- Gather business requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
- Manage integrations and interface monitoring.
- Support enhancements, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management teams.
- Prepare documentation and conduct user training.
