Roles & Responsibilities-

- Engage with alumni through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to build relationships and drive participation.
- Identify and convert alumni into placement and referral opportunities for students and institutions.
- Pitch fundraising campaigns, influence and negotiate contributions, and drive participation.
- Identify alumni with mentorship potential and convert conversations into meaningful mentorship outcomes.
- Own the outreach-to-conversion journey through consistent follow-ups and personalised engagement.
- Track outreach, conversion metrics, and outcomes through dashboards and data.
