Role & responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a 150+ member telesales team through multiple levels of leadership.
- Drive sales, revenue, conversions, productivity, and overall business performance.
- Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor key metrics including conversion rates, call productivity, revenue, lead utilization, and sales performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Coach and mentor Team Leaders and sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Work closely with Training, Quality, MIS, HR, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business functioning.
- Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve sales efficiency and customer experience.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and capability development across the telesales function.
- Prepare and present performance reports and business insights to senior management.




- Develop and execute effective outbound calling strategies to maximize lead conversion and revenue.

Preferred Candidate :

- 12+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in Outbound Telesales / Inside Sales / B2C Sales.
- Proven experience managing 150+ member outbound telesales teams.
- Robust understanding of outbound calling, lead management, sales funnels, conversion, and revenue generation.
- Experience managing multiple layers of sales leadership.
- Strong people-management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Fluent Telegu is mandatory.
- Candidates from BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, E-commerce, Retail, or other high-volume B2C outbound sales environments will be preferred.
