Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager RCM to lead and manage end-to-end US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management operations, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, productivity, quality, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end US Healthcare RCM operations including AR, Billing, Denials, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, Prior Authorization, Credentialing and related functions.
- Manage large teams with accountability for productivity, quality, SLAs, KPIs and financial targets.
- Drive process improvements, automation and cost optimization initiatives.
- Manage client relationships, business reviews and operational escalations.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve collections, cash flow and overall RCM performance.
- Partner with Quality, Training, HR and other support functions to achieve business goals.




- Build strong leadership pipelines and ensure effective people development and retention.
- Analyze operational dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required Skills

- 15 - 22 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, with strong end-to-end process knowledge.
- Proven experience managing large-scale RCM operations and multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of Hospital & Physician Billing, Prior Authorization, AR and Denial Management.
- Excellent client management, communication, analytical and leadership skills.
- Solid exposure to P&L;, MIS, SLA/KPI management and process improvement.
