- Manage client engagements from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely project completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational excellence initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 8-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Manager or Team Leader.
- Robust background in Business Development, Client Engagement, Project Delivery, RFP response development (RFP), Risk Assessment.
- Proven track record of successful team leadership and management with excellent communication skills.
