Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 SME / L3 Managed Services Engineer with solid expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, SCCM, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Purview, and enterprise migrations.

The candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Microsoft cloud and endpoint environments while working closely with customers, L1/L2 teams, vendors, and internal engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, configure, and support Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, applications, and collaboration tools.
- Perform O365-to-O365 tenant migrations.
- Perform G Suite/Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Manage Azure resources, configurations, and cloud environments.
- Perform application packaging and deployment using SCCM/MECM.
- Perform OS deployment using SCCM/MECM.




- Administer and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
- Administer and manage Microsoft Purview.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Lead and contribute to MSP projects and service improvement initiatives.
- Handle customer communication, status updates, change requests, incidents, and project activities.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and standard processes.
- Work closely with L1 and L2 teams for escalations and technical support.
- Coordinate with vendors for issue resolution and technical support.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to L1/L2 engineers and service desk teams.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and documentation.
- Assist with SOW scoping, solution development, and implementation.
- Take ownership of customer cloud engineering requests.
- Stay updated with Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
