Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Pega solution architecture and technical design.
- Define scalable and reusable application architecture aligned to Pega best practices.
- Drive technical governance, design reviews, and code quality standards.
- Lead implementation of Pega Case Management, BPM, Business Rules, and Integrations.
- Architect solutions using Pega Constellation framework and modern UI capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, delivery managers, and client teams.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Define integration patterns with external applications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure guardrail compliance.
- Mentor Pega development teams.
- Support estimation, solutioning, and pre-sales activities for future opportunities.





Mandatory Skills

- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
- Minimum 5+ years of working experience as Pega LSA.
- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Solid experience with Pega Infinity platform.
- Experience in Pega Constellation architecture and implementation.
- Deep expertise in case management, workflows, decisioning, and integration architecture.
- Experience with REST/SOAP services and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning and application optimization.
- Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
