Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of creative assets.
- Develop and oversee visual designs for digital campaigns, presentations, e-learning modules, social media, websites, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, medical, UX, account management, and project management teams.
- Ensure adherence to client branding, design standards, and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Review, provide feedback, and approve creative deliverables before final submission.
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and workload planning.
- Drive innovation by adopting new design trends, tools, and creative best practices.
- Support team development through coaching, feedback, and performance management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts,



or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in graphic design, with 2+ years in a team leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma and After Effects is preferred.
- Excellent visual design, branding, typography, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences communications is preferred.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities.

- Healthcare marketing and omnichannel campaign experience.
