Job Description Summary:
The role acts as the primary operational partner between HR business stakeholders,
HR Technology teams, Enterprise Architecture, Vendors, and Automation Delivery
teams, ensuring reliable,
compliant, and value-driven HR services and automation
capabilities. The role ensures strategic roadmap execution, operational excellence,
governance compliance, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, and continuous
improvement across all HR technology services.
Lead and govern Husqvarna's HR Technology ecosystem, supporting both:
• HR Integration Landscape : Workday, Payroll Platforms, Time & Attendance
Systems, Workforce Management Solutions, HRIS Ecosystem
• HR Automation Landscape : Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, RPA
Solutions, Conversational AI, Workflow Automation
