Client & Requirement Management

- Interact directly with clients to understand open positions, technical requirements, experience, location, budget, work authorisation, interview process, and other hiring criteria
- Conduct requirement-gathering calls with clients and clarify expectations before starting recruitment
- Convert client discussions into clear and actionable job requirements
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide recruitment updates
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their evolving hiring needs

Recruitment Team Management

- Distribute requirements to HR recruiters based on skills, experience, and workload
- Explain technical and non-technical requirements clearly to recruiters
- Train and mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and submission quality
- Review recruiter performance and candidate pipelines
- Ensure recruiters understand client expectations and submission guidelines

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals, and other channels
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, location, compensation, and client-specific requirements
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and validate interest and availability
- Ensure candidate information is accurate before submission

Submission & Client Coordination





- Review resumes before submitting them to clients
- Submit qualified candidates within agreed timelines
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with both candidates and clients throughout the interview process
- Manage feedback, rejections, selections, and offer-stage coordination
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and pipeline reports

Required Qualifications

- 36 years of experience in IT / technical recruitment or staffing
- Strong experience working with US staffing / client requirements (highly preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking directly with clients and hiring managers
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical recruiting
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into actionable recruiting strategies
- Ability to train, mentor, and manage junior recruiters
- Strong candidate assessment and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously
- Robust ownership, follow-up, and relationship-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS / CRM tools, and recruitment trackers
- Familiarity with IT domains such as AI, cloud, enterprise platforms, or full-stack development
- Existing network of IT professionals in Hyderabad or across India
