- Manage and administer Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, and compliance.
- Configure and deploy device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Manage Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices through Intune.
- Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM).
- Troubleshoot device management, application deployment, and policy-related issues.
- Implement Conditional Access policies and support Zero Trust security initiatives.
- Monitor device compliance and generate reports for security and operational reviews.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to maintain endpoint security and compliance.
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integration and identity management.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Intune administration.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and Endpoint Security.
- Experience with Autopilot, Conditional Access, Compliance Policies, and Configuration Profiles.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 device management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and security best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting Intune-managed devices and application deployments.
- Understanding of PowerShell scripting is preferred.
