Job Summary

National Computer Systems, US based company www.ncsus.net and looking for an experienced US IT Recruiters & Lead Recruiter in Hyderabad, Madhapur location.

with a minimum of 2-5+ years of experience in US staffing and recruitment, including prior leadership or team-handling experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the US IT recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage recruiting targets while guiding and mentoring a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete US IT recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels include social media.
- Handle requirements for various US IT technologies and skill sets.
- Review resumes, conduct initial technical/functional screening, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate rates, compensation, and offers with candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure recruiters meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of US recruiters.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Track recruiting metrics, pipelines, submissions, interviews,



and closures.
- Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and client requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers and other internal teams to fulfill open positions effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Previous experience as a Lead Recruiter, Team Lead, or Senior Recruiter is required.
- Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment process.
- Experience recruiting candidates on W2 employment models.
- Robust knowledge of US work authorization types and recruiting practices.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proven ability to mentor and manage recruiters and drive team performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience working with US staffing companies or IT consulting firms.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting analytics.
