Key Responsibilities

- Perform SI/PI analysis for high-speed interfaces, including 32 Gbps SerDes.
- Analyze and optimize DDR5, DDR4, DDR3, DDR2, LPDDR5/5X, LPDDR4/4X and LPDDR3 interfaces.
- Perform board, package and system-level SI/PI analysis for memory and storage products including NAND, mNAND, DIMMs and SSDs.
- Work on high-speed protocols such as PCIe, XAUI, SGMII, CPRI, JESD204B and 10G-KR.
- Perform die, package and board capacitor/decap optimization and PDN analysis.
- Analyze eye diagrams, crosstalk, impedance, insertion/return loss and channel performance.
- Perform simulation-to-measurement correlation, debug issues and drive root-cause analysis.
- Support product development from
- requirements/specification through design, validation and product release.
- Work closely with ASIC/SoC, package, PCB, hardware, validation and system teams.
- Must-Have Skills
- 610 years of relevant SI/PI experience




- Strong experience in Board-Level SIPI / High-Speed Signal Integrity
- Hands-on experience with 32 Gbps SerDes
- Robust experience with DDR/LPDDR interfaces
- Experience in package + board + system-level SI/PI
- Experience with simulation and measurement correlation
- Strong understanding of high-speed channel analysis, S-parameters, crosstalk, eye diagrams and PDN
- EDA Tools – Hands-on Experience
- Must have experience with multiple tools from:
- Ansys HFSS
- Cadence PowerSI / SystemSI
- HSPICE / Broadband SPICE
- Mentor HyperLynx
- Good to Have
- Experience with NAND / mNAND / SSD / DIMM products
- Experience with PCIe / XAUI / SGMII / CPRI / JESD204B / 10G-KR
- Experience with lab correlation using oscilloscope, VNA/TDR
- Strong analytical, debugging and cross-functional communication skills.
