Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps for project delivery.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and interfaces to integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs or messaging queues like NCI.
- Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards within the team.

Job Requirements :

- 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or similar industries.
- Robust understanding of Apex programming language and its application in Salesforce development.
- Experience working on large-scale projects involving complex integrations with external systems using APIs or messaging queues like NCI.
