*Key Responsibilities*
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage day-to-day activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create high-quality, engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and stories
- Design and maintain monthly content calendars
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms
- Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams for content creation
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.)
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*
- Growth in followers and audience engagement rate
- Content performance (reach,



impressions, shares, saves)
- Lead generation and conversion metrics (if applicable)
- Consistency and timeliness in content publishing
- Improvement in brand visibility and online presence

*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously

*Preferred Skills*
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Basic video editing skills (Reels, Shorts)
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations
- Understanding of SEO and content
