About Palette
Palette is a fashion/accessories brand looking to build a strong and aesthetically driven social media presence. We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Social Media Manager who understands how content translates into brand growth, engagement, and performance marketing success.
Role Overview
This role requires both creative thinking and practical execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram and other relevant platforms
- Plan content calendars and posting schedules
- Stay updated with current Instagram trends, reel formats, trending audios, and social media best practices
- Conceptualize engaging content ideas aligned with the brand aesthetic
- Shoot basic social media content when required, or direct and plan shoots effectively
- Create content that can also work as strong performance marketing creatives
- Coordinate timely posting of reels, stories, posts, and campaigns
- Assist with captions, hooks, creative direction, and engagement strategies
- Suggest creative ideas for brand growth, reach, and audience engagement
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing (freelance or agency experience acceptable)
- Must have previously worked with fashion, lifestyle, or accessories brands
- Understanding of content that performs well for both organic growth and paid advertising
- Good aesthetic sense and understanding of visual branding
- Basic content shooting/editing skills preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Creative, proactive, and capable of working independently
