Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven Brand Partnerships & Growth Manager to help us grow our brand network and drive revenue.

You’ll work closely with the founders to onboard brands, build relationships, close partnerships, and contribute directly to Collaby’s growth journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, partnerships, startup environments, and the fast-moving creator economy.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and reach out to D2C brands,



startups, and marketing teams
- Conduct discovery and demo calls with potential clients
- Understand campaign objectives and recommend suitable influencer solutions
- Build and manage long-term brand relationships
- Coordinate internally with campaign and influencer teams
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM hygiene
- Contribute ideas for growth, partnerships, and market expansion
- Help improve outbound sales systems and processes

What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong ownership mindset and execution ability
- Comfortable working in a startup workplace
- Ability to work independently and move fast
- Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and creator economy trends

Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience working with D2C brands, agencies, SaaS, or marketing
