About Navpath

Navpath Maritime Academy is a respected IMU CET coaching institute in Kottayam, training aspiring Merchant Navy officers. We are growing steadily, with new batches launching in July 2026, and are building a team that can match that pace.

Job Role

This is not a typical script-reading telecaller role. We are looking for confident communicators who can take ownership of a lead from first call to confirmed admission. You will speak with parents and prospective students every day, build trust, answer real questions about a serious career choice, and convert genuine interest into enrollments.

You will also help us understand which leads are converting and which are not, so the team can adjust messaging and campaigns intelligently.

Morning Shift: 9 am - 5 pm (Full Time)

Evening Shift: 5 pm - 11 pm (Part Time)

What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Call prospective students and parents from our daily lead list. Follow up consistently until they decide, one way or the other.
- Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp enquiries warmly and professionally.
- Counsel families on courses,



fees, scholarship test, and the admission process. Handle objections calmly.
- Schedule and confirm campus visits, scholarship tests, and demo classes.
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date lead record — every call logged, every status updated, no lead going cold.
- Spot patterns in your conversations — which messages land, which objections repeat, which lead sources convert. Share these insights with the marketing team weekly.
- Support WhatsApp broadcasts and basic marketing activities when the team needs an extra pair of hands.

Who We're Looking For
- Fluent Malayalam and confident working English. You will speak to families across Kerala — clarity matters more than accent.
- Graduate preferred. Plus Two with a robust skill profile and proven communication ability also welcome.
- 1-3 years in telecalling, sales, admissions counselling, EdTech, or BPO is preferred. Strong freshers who can demonst
