- Accountable for overall Engineering KPI ‘s and focus on OTD and Quality metrices.

- Training & developing of empowered engineering team for GSS engineering & to perform vent studies.Working directly with all internal stakeholders and align with them on Engineering Service Level to meet their expectation.

Support for migration from I Project to any alternative Engineering project / job management software as directed by Engineering Solutions management.
- Job Planning in DOSE & MS project, Distribution of the work among the team member and drive quality output well within the promise date.
- Provide promise date to stakeholders based accurate estimation of man hours, resource planning and priority of the project.
- Accountable for on time submission of. Engineering deliverables, technical clarifications, Comments and Deviations, value added engineering solutions, technical clarification during customer approval cycle, working with supply chain team for identifying new vendors and technical alignment of critical components during execution stage. Assist advance procurement, communications to Operation / Contract Manager / Project Manager and manufacturing site leaders.
