What You Will Do:
Responsibilities include:
- Enter and update data manually from internal and external sources into the system using an SAP custom transaction, following established business and validation rules.
- Correct data discrepancies using established control dashboards and validation tools.
- Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Document and track data turnbacks and data entry exceptions.
- Identify recurring data quality issues and escalate them according to established processes.
- Participate in Quality Clinics to review data quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Contribute to improvements in business rules, validation controls, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with data providers, analysts, and system owners to resolve upstream data issues.
