Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive

Location: Kempegowda International Airport Terminal 2, Bangalore

Reporting To: Store Manager

Role Overview
This role combines premium retail, customer engagement, and hospitality excellence to deliver memorable brand experiences while ensuring every interaction reflects the essence and values of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and service-oriented manner.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and related accessories.
- Drive individual and store sales performance by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain product displays, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising standards within the store.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation standards are consistently maintained.
- Share product knowledge and educate customers on product features, categories, and benefits.
- Support inventory management, stock checks,



and stock reconciliation activities.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies, operational procedures, and retail guidelines.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and enhance brand loyalty.

- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or premium brands is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
