Department: Production Planning & Inventory Control
Job Profile:
Responsible for Production & Packing Planning, Inventory Control and Material Planning in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. Coordinate with Production, Packing, Stores, Purchase, QA/QC and Dispatch for timely availability of RM/PM and completion of batches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production & packing schedule preparation and follow-up.
- RM/PM planning and inventory control.
- Coordination with Production, Packing, Stores, Purchase and QA/QC.
- Monitor production/packing Plan vs. Actual.
- Finished Goods and dispatch planning.
- Coordinate carton, label, leaflet, shipper and packaging artwork/design, including dieline/inlet and specification changes.
- Maintain PPIC MIS, stock and material status reports.
- Ensure timely material availability and smooth production/packing operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP preferred.
- Pharma manufacturing GMP experience preferred.

Experience: 2-5 Years
Qualification: Graduate B.Pharm B.Sc B.Com MBA Operations Supply Chain preferred.
