Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retail Sales to lead and expand our presence across Bangalore. The role will focus on developing and managing a strong network of dealers, distributors, and contractors, while driving retail sales and ensuring consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets in assigned territories Bangalore.
- Identify, appoint, and manage dealers, distributors, and contractors.
- Expand retail footprint through galleries, shop-in-shop, and project channels.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and key customers.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and target achievement.




- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and track competitor activities.
- Ensure effective product display, branding, and promotional activities in retail outlets.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain sales MIS, forecasts, and performance reports.

Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with 5-8 years of experience in retail/channel sales.
- Strong exposure to dealer, distributor, and contractor management (preferably in building materials, furnishings, or allied industries).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding retail networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel extensively.
