We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

- Develop thorough understanding of product functionalities, GST compliance processes to effectively support client requirements and issue resolution.
- Support onboarding and implementation activities for new clients.
- Configure client accounts, user access, workflows, and platform settings.
- Conduct/Support product demonstrations, training sessions for clients.




- Act as the first point of contact for customer support queries from clients and internal teams
- Ensuring timely resolution for client reported issues.
- Coordinate with Product and Technical teams for issue escalation and resolution.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports providing updates to leadership on the client success.
- Identify opportunities for internal process improvements and automation.

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

- Bachelor of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience

- Customer Success Support/Management( +2 years)
- Account Management (+ 2 years)
- Onboarding/Support Operations ( 0-2 Years)
