Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Delivery Consultant to help clients and project teams enhance project delivery through data, digital technology, automation, and AI. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing and implementing practical digital solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with Information Managers, Project Controls teams, engineers, project managers, and clients to automate workflows, improve reporting, and maximise the value of project information. The role combines technical delivery, problem-solving, client engagement, and innovation, while also supporting junior team members and developing scalable solutions that can be reused across projects.

Responsibilities

- Design, build and deploy digital solutions using Power Platform, Power BI, Python and Microsoft 365.
- Develop applications, dashboards and automated workflows to improve project delivery and performance.
- Integrate data from multiple project and business systems using APIs, connectors and scripts.
- Create reusable digital tools and accelerators for different projects and clients.
- Build data models, dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights.
- Apply AI and automation to simplify manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Develop and test AI-enabled solutions using Copilot and related technologies.
- Support multidisciplinary teams by translating business challenges into practical digital solutions.
- Engage with clients through workshops, meetings and solution demonstrations.
- Gather requirements and convert them into clear technical delivery plans.
- Improve information flow, data quality and project reporting processes.
- Provide technical guidance throughout solution design, deployment and adoption.
- Contribute to digital products,



templates and repeatable service offerings.
- Document solutions, share best practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support capability development within the team.

Requirements

- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and dashboard development.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate within the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for automation, data analysis and system integration.
- Good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and digital delivery tools.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio or similar platforms.
- Ability to deliver solutions from requirements gathering through build, testing, deployment and handover.
- Strong problem-solving, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in infrastructure, engineering, construction or major project environments.
- Knowledge of BIM, ISO 19650 and project information management practices.
- Exposure to Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, GIS or Azure data services.
- Understanding of data governance, security, quality assurance and responsible AI use.
- Experience supporting client engagements, workshops, bids and demonstrations.
- Typically 6-10 years of experience in digital delivery, analytics, automation, BIM or information management.
- Proven track record of delivering digital solutions in live project environments.
- Relevant degree, professional qualification, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
