We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team. The candidate will assist in handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and supporting the finance team in various accounting operations. Fresh graduates with good analytical skills and basic accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial data
- Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and bills
- Handle data entry in accounting software and Excel
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for payment and billing-related queries
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support month-end and year-end accounting activities
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn and grow in finance/accounts domain
- Basic understanding of GST/TDS is an added advantage
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP software preferred
