We are hiring for an exciting prospect for a Scrum Master Client-Facing to join our team in Bangalore (Work from Office).

Position: Scrum Master Client-Facing
Experience: 4+ Years
Location: Bangalore WFO
Domain: Enterprise Data Platform / Lakehouse Modernization
Industry: Life Sciences / Pharma

Key Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience managing Agile delivery across distributed/global teams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience coordinating with Data Engineering, Data Science, ML, Architecture, and Technology teams.
- Exposure to Data Platforms, Data Engineering, Analytics, AI/ML or Cloud environments is highly preferred.
- Experience working in multi-vendor / consulting delivery models is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Databricks, AWS/Azure, Data Lake/Lakehouse environments is preferred.
- Experience in Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare or regulated enterprise environments will be an added advantage.




- CSM / PSM / SAFe certification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
- Track sprint commitments, velocity, burndown and release milestones.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers and dependencies.
- Coordinate between client stakeholders and distributed engineering teams.
- Manage cross-team dependencies across Data Engineering, Data Science and Technology teams.
- Ensure delivery governance, RAID tracking and release readiness.
- Drive Agile best practices and improve team delivery predictability.
