- Maintains global database of lease contracts in the global lease tool
- Harmonizes the accounting and reporting of the different lease contracts around the organization globally.
Month-End Closing & IFRS16 Compliance
- Coordinates the Month- End Closing process with a focus on IFRS16 lease contracts across all entities within the Avolta Group
- Works with local and regional finance teams to ensure accurate, timely alignment with IFRS16 standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Having a Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting, any other certification is a plus
- Must have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in corporate accounting
- Having a transparent understanding of IFRS16, additional knowledge on other standards is a plus
- Having a working experience with SAP FI (ECC 6.0 or S4HANA), BPC, SAP CFIN, SAP GR RCM/RMK, ONB, P&G;, COMP, SAP IAS/IPS, SAP CPI, and People Analytics would be ideal
- Experience with the lease accounting tool Tagetik is an advantage
- Having advanced Excel Skills is required
- Must have strong communication skills with fluency in English, any other language like German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch would be an advantage
- Must be analytic, with ample problem-solving skills, able to prioritize, and able to take a practical approach when needed Role & responsibilities
