- Length of experience: 7 years for Diploma/3 years for degree
- Relevant Experience: At least 5 year Experience of handling Railway / Highway project as Contract manager either in PMC or Construction Agency
- Relevant Experience: At least 3 years in SSE/Works(I/C) and above experience in Railways in Open Line/ Construction
- Relevant Experience: At least 4 years in Manager and above experience in Railway PSU in contracts division
