Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Site Manager to join our Dharwad office. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process for a large-scale architecture project, monitoring every stage from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

- Review GFC drawings and tender specifications.
- Identify and flag workmanship issues against drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate day-to-day with the Architect/Consultants team.
- Manage the sample approval process and oversee mock-up execution.
- Anticipate and flag concerns before they escalate.
- Conduct regular site visits to review and document quality issues, and prepare site visit reports.
- Review and issue quality/workmanship observation reports.
- Keep the design and project management team consistently updated on site progress.
- Prepare draft presentations for construction status meetings.
- Maintain site documentation in line with defined SOPs.
- Maintain trackers for site activities.
- Coordinate the closure of RFIs, technical data sheets (TDS), and shop drawings, and maintain a comprehensive log thereof.

Education

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (required).
- Masters degree in Project Management (preferred).

Experience





- 3u20135 years in an architectural consultancy, construction management, or project management firm.

- Sound understanding of design concepts, drawings, construction codes and standards.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with architectural building systems, construction methodology, and material application.
- Working knowledge of construction contracts, Building Information Modeling, and integrated design and green building guidelines.
