Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and empathetic Career Counsellor to guide students in exploring academic pathways, university options, and career opportunities. The ideal candidate will help students make informed decisions about their higher education goals while fostering self-awareness, confidence, and lifelong learning skills. This role requires strong communication, organizational abilities, and a genuine passion for student growth and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students individually and in groups on subject choices, university options, and career planning.
- Guide students through college application processes, including essays, resumes, and interview preparation.
- Maintain updated knowledge of universities, courses, and admission requirements in India and abroad.
- Coordinate career talks, university fairs, workshops, and alumni sessions.
- Assist in preparing recommendation letters and necessary documentation for university applications.




- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students academic and career readiness.
- Maintain student records and provide regular reports on counseling activities.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Psychology, Education, or Counseling (career guidance certification preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in career or college counseling (IB or international school experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of college admission systems (India and abroad).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate and support students with empathy and discretion.

Work Time

7:40 AM to 3:45 PM (Monday to Saturday)
