Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support: Resolving software, hardware, and network issues (LAN/WAN/VPN).2. Firewalls: Hands-on experience with installation, troubleshooting, and policy-based security.3. Wi-Fi: Configuration and security policy management, including SSID creation.4. Antivirus: Knowledge of centralized antivirus software with policy-based implementation.5. Data Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing system data.6. Data Protection: Implementation of Data Leak Prevention (DLP) measures.7. Asset Management: Managing IT inventory, including laptops, workstations, and printers.8. Network Infrastructure: Design and implementation of structured network cabling.9. User Support: Troubleshoot employees' IT-related problems and provide remote/phone support.10. Communication: good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
