Role Summary

Support charitable initiatives, patient treatment coordination, fundraising activities, communication, data management, verification processes, and IT-related operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient support activities including intake, documentation, follow-ups, and hospital liaison.
- Conduct verification through calls, document reviews, and occasional field visits.
- Assist with fundraising campaigns, donor communication, receipts, and progress updates.
- Create posters and social media content using Canva, support basic advertising activities, and update website/donation pages.
- Maintain patient and donor databases using Excel/Google Sheets and prepare simple reports and trackers.




- Support IT-related tasks and organizational digital operations as required.
Requirements
- Compassionate, organized, and robust communication skills.
- Proficiency in Urdu/Kashmiri preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential patient information responsibly and professionally.
- Willingness to travel for hospital visits and field verification work when required.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
