1. Graduate with good knowledge of M.S. Office, especially Excel and inventory management records.

2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects as a Store Keeper / Store Incharge.

3. Receive, unload, inspect, and verify all incoming materials as per purchase orders, delivery challans, and specifications.

4. Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials in physical registers as well as software/Excel sheets.

5. Check book balances against physical stock at regular intervals and report discrepancies, shortages, or damages immediately.

6. Ensure proper storage, stacking, tagging, and preservation of construction materials, tools, and machinery.

7. Issue materials to subcontractors/site staff only against authorized material requisition slips and obtain acknowledgment signatures.

8. Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly inventory reports and submit the same to management/site engineers.

9. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement department for timely replenishment of materials.

10. Maintain proper documentation of GRN (Goods Receipt Notes), delivery challans, gate passes, and stock registers.

11. Coordinate for shifting/transferring materials and machinery from one project site to another with proper records.

12. Maintain construction materials and machinery in valuable working condition and ensure proper housekeeping within the store area.

13. Coordinate for repair, servicing, and maintenance of non-working machinery and tools..

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
