We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our cafe team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, handling customer orders, and delivering an excellent guest experience in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers by understanding their coffee preferences and service needs.
- Educate customers about coffee beverages, menu items, and brewing methods.
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment efficiently.
- Recommend beverages and upsell products to enhance customer experience and sales.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/POS operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the cafe and workstations.
- Refill stock and monitor inventory levels when required.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support smooth day-to-day cafe operations and teamwork during busy hours.

Preferred Experience
- Minimum 3 months of experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry required.
