Role Overview CEO

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to drive the company’s growth, innovation, and market leadership in the AI space. The CEO will be responsible for overall business performance, operational excellence, and scaling CapOasis into a leading AI solutions provider globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership

Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy

Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans (domestic & global)

Drive innovation in AI products, services, and business models
- Business & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement revenue-generation strategies

Lead sales, marketing, and business development initiatives

Build strong client relationships and strategic alliances
- Operations & Execution

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient resource utilization

Establish scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics

Ensure operational excellence across all departments
- Financial Management

Manage budgets, forecasts,



and financial planning

Ensure profitability, cost optimization, and sustainable growth

Work closely with investors, stakeholders, and board members
- Team Leadership & Culture

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration

Drive talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development
- Technology & Innovation

Guide the adoption and integration of cutting-edge AI technologies

Ensure CapOasis remains at the forefront of AI trends and advancements

Oversee product innovation and service excellence
- Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Minimum 10-15 years of leadership experience, preferably in technology, AI, consulting, or high-growth startups

Solid financial experience managing P&L;
