Must have basic knowledge of gold, jewellery, and showroom sales. Follow up with customers through phone/WhatsApp for enquiries and purchase decisions. Maintain good customer relationships and provide a professional showroom experience. Support billing, product display, stock handling, and daily showroom activities. Achieve sales targets and promote ongoing offers or schemes.
Requirements:
Positive communication skills.
Basic gold and jewellery knowledge is preferred. Experience in jewellery showroom sales is an added advantage.
Should be polite, active, and customer-focused. Must be able to handle customer follow-ups professionally.
