The RISE Global is looking for a visionary Creative Designer to lead our visual narrative. You will be responsible for translating complex economic and cultural themes into impactful designs that resonate with the global Tamil diaspora. This role is not just about aesthetics; it’s about building a brand that empowers entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Brand Development: Own and evolve The RISE Global brand identity, ensuring a consistent and skilled presence across all global chapters.
- High-Impact Visual Storytelling: Design diverse static content including infographics, carousels, thumbnails, and event graphics that simplify complex global trends for our community.
- Cultural Contextualization: Translate organizational goals into visuals using deep Tamil cultural cues and sophisticated typography to maintain authenticity.
- Campaign Execution: Conceptualize and execute the creative strategy for major ad campaigns, coordinating both online and offline marketing materials.
- Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor junior designers, establishing high-quality standards and streamlined workflows in coordination with the Creative Director.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with copywriters, video editors, and the social media team to ensure creative assets are optimized for Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Agile Content Creation: Design with high sensitivity to current events, responding quickly to global and local news while maintaining strict ethical and brand standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in high-stakes media or campaign design (experience with political, socio-economic, or large-scale organizational campaigns is highly preferred).
