Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess communication, technical skills, and work eligibility
- Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with speed and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or freshers with strong interest in US staffing
- Valuable understanding of IT roles (Java,.NET, QA, DevOps, etc.) is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in night shifts (US time zones)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to US recruitment process
- Familiarity with visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizen)
- Experience using ATS tools
Work Timings
- Night Shift (Aligned with US Time Zones)
