Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Experience Required: 1-3 Years
Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores, boutiques, wholesalers, and distributors to promote company products
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present and demonstrate products to customers effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collect market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Ensure timely order collection and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment
- Maintain records of daily visits, sales activities, and client interactions
- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in fashion, garments, or têxtile industry




- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of local market and retail network
- Willingness to travel extensively
