Key Responsibilities
- Community Outreach:
- Visit local areas, villages, or urban communities to spread awareness about programs
- Conduct meetings, door-to-door visits, and small group sessions
- Identify eligible youth or beneficiaries based on program criteria
- Counseling & Motivation:
- Explain benefits of training, jobs, or schemes
- Encourage participation, especially among hesitant individuals
- Enrollment Process:
- Ensure proper registration and onboarding
- Coordination:
- Work closely with training centers, placement teams, and field staff
- Follow-up:
- Track dropouts and try to re-engage them
- Reporting:
- Maintain daily/weekly reports of mobilization activities
- Share updates with supervisors
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
