Role Overview:
We're looking for an AI-native Visual Brand Designer who lives at the intersection of design, brand, and generative tools. This is not a 'take brief, wait for feedback, make rounds' role. We want someone who will set their own bar, move fast, and use AI + design craft to ship distinctive work across categories and platforms. You'll own the visual identity layer across our multi-brand setup, keeping things cohesive at the system level while letting each brand stand out on its own terms.

What You'll Do:
1. Brand Identity Development:
- Create and maintain visual guidelines including logos, colour palettes, typography, and imagery




- Build a cohesive multi-brand design system where each brand retains a distinct visual voice
- Ensure consistency across touchpoints while allowing each brand to breathe and stand out individually

2. Concept to Output:
- Take rough briefs, prompts, or business problems and turn them into sharp, on-brand images and visual ideas
- Use both GenAI tools and traditional design tools to move from brief to polished output, rapid
- Write detailed prompts to control tone, aesthetics, composition, and visual language

3. Brand Stewardship:
- Guard the sanctity of brand guidelines while pushing the edges in a thoughtful, strategic way
- Be the internal design conscience; flag when things are off-brand and fix them before they ship
- Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to keep creative output consistently elevated

4. Systems & Libraries:
- Help build and maintain a high-quality library of prompts, templates, and
