Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily descaling activities at the site.
- Ensure proper use of chemicals, tools, and equipment for descaling.
- Monitor and maintain safety standards during operations.
- Allocate tasks to workers and ensure timely completion of work.
- Inspect equipment before and after the descaling process.
- Maintain records of descaling work, chemical usage, and manpower.
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
- Identify issues and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Provide on-site training and guidance to workers.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of descaling processes and chemicals
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems (boilers, pipelines, heat exchangers, etc.)
