Job Description:
- Curriculum Implementation: Design and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that focus on sensory play, motor skills, and social development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized "learning through play" environment.
- Child Observation: Monitor and document each child’s progress, identifying emotional or developmental milestones and sharing insights with parents.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure all children follow basic hygiene routines (hand washing, potty training support) and maintain a hawk-eye view on playground safety.
- Parent Communication: Build robust relationships with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
- Creative Engagement: Lead storytelling sessions, arts and crafts, music, and movement activities that keep toddlers engaged and inspired.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
