Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lesson plans in line with curriculum guidelines
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and evaluations.
- Provide feedback and support for student improvement.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.
- Maintain academic records and reports.

Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree (MA in English) from a recognized university.
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) - mandatory.
- Qualified in CTET / State TET
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of literature, grammar, and teaching methodologies.

Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a recognized school (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
