Job Overview:
We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Counseling Executive who will be responsible for guiding prospective students/customers, understanding their needs, and converting inquiries into admissions or sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and inquiries
- Provide accurate information about courses/services
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication
- Convert leads into admissions/sales
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or counseling experience preferred
- Ability to handle targets and pressure
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools

Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in English (additional regional languages is a plus)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated

Experience:
- 0-3 years (Freshers can apply)

Working Days:
- 6 Days a week

Pay: ₹11,482.84 - ₹18,000.00 per month
