Job Overview

Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs in preparing Continental dishes
- Prepare ingredients and maintain kitchen mise en place
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workstations
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Support the kitchen team during operations
- Follow recipes and presentation standards

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine
- Experience in restaurant, cafe, hotel, or lounge kitchen preferred
- Freshers with hotel management or culinary background can apply
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in kitchen operations

Job Details
- Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
- Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)

Preferred Qualifications
- Food production or culinary training
- Experience in Continental section preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
