Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction activities at site.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and site workers.
- Monitor quality of RCC, masonry, finishing, and structural works.
- Prepare and verify measurements, BOQs, and billing quantities.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
- Maintain site progress reports and daily work records.
- Check line, level, alignment, and workmanship at site.
- Ensure safety standards and site discipline are maintained.
- Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements.




- Handle client/site engineer inspections and approvals.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of RCC, structural steel, finishing, and industrial projects.
- Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and billing measurements.
- Understanding of BOQ, DPR, and rate analysis.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and site management abilities.

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience in industrial, warehouse, PEB, or commercial building projects preferred.

Salary
- Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
