Follow up with prospective customers for vehicle inquiries and conversions.
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM system).
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and closure.
- Ensure timely follow-up on test drives, bookings, and deliveries.
- Address customer complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and lead status.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
